With nearly a decade of experience in Television Journalism, Greg Gullberg has been a crusader of truth for the communities he has served. He has developed a reputation of Reporting on the difficult issues and being a voice for the voiceless. Most recently, Greg Gullberg was a News Anchor and Reporter for WCYB-TV in Johnson City, Tennessee, where he broke numerous big stories and helped lead the Investigative efforts of the station.
Mr. Gullberg’s involvement with News Media began with his first job. He was a Radio DJ in college. During his four hour pop music show, he would prepare and read News Briefs Live on-air. As his education progressed, Mr. Gullberg quickly became a rising star in Journalism at the University of Oklahoma, including helping to lead the daily Live student newscast.
While still earning his B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, Mr. Gullberg became an intern at CNN World Headquarters in Atlanta, where he edited video and researched stories. He also served as a liaison between the Clark Howard Show and WSB-FM.
After graduation, Mr. Gullberg signed on as a Producer in Jackson, Mississippi, where his responsibilities included writing, organizing, and editing the 6 p.m. Newscast. Later, Mr. Gullberg moved to WCTV in Tallahassee, Florida. As a Reporter, he broke many big stories and appeared Live as much as four times per day.
Eventually, Mr. Gullberg made the move into Public Relations. He went to a Film & TV Production company called Moon River Studios. As a Communications Manager, he was the primary liaison to the community and News Media.
